Subterranean Boathouse

Intended to provide storage and easy lake access for the owner’s boat and jet-ski collection, this beach-side boat house also includes a comfortable kitchen and bathroom component. The structure itself is cut in to the existing bluff to minimize visual distraction from the existing house, and designed to emphasize the already-established axiality and procession of the property.
