The two story residence maximizes lake views from the entertaining and living spaces, while service and storage spaces are pushed to the less open street side of the house. Exterior spaces cascade towards the edge of the lake bluff and provide ample incentive to enjoy panoramic vistas of Lake Michigan.
A stone fireplace becomes the focal point of the Great Room during winter months, while full height glass openings push views out to the lake during spring and summer seasons.
