Glencoe Ravine Residence
This Residence is located on a ravine bordering a golf course. It is a double-height volume with an H-shaped plan, defined by service and bedroom wings flanking a great room for entertaining the couples’ family and grandchildren.
The house is perched at the edge of a ravine with terraces and gardens on table land. Extensive use of glass gives the house a feeling of being in a tree house looking down at the wooded ravine.
The exterior palette is simple and consists of rough-sawn Red Cedar siding and glass apertures.
